HOW DO I BOOK?
The preferred method is by booking through our website. Alternatively, you can send an email. Telephone call, through Facebook or WhatsApp. All can be found on the contact details page.
Our office is open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm.

DO YOU DELIVER TO VILLAGE HALL'S AND HIRED LOCATIONS?
YES! We will deliver and collect to meet your timings - CLICK HERE to view our indoor venue directory
On average, it takes 30 minutes to set up or pack away an inflatable. However, this can vary depending on the size and type of the inflatable. To ensure everything runs smoothly:
- Please allow us at least 30 minutes before your party starts for setup.
- Please allow us at least 30 minutes after your party ends for pack-up.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE FOR A BOOKING?
You can book anytime. Our website allows you to make a booking up to 12 hours before your required date 7 days a week, however, bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, you can contact us on the day as we may have availability. We also offer a late night collection, overnight hire & multiple day hire across our entire fleet of inflatables & equipment across Telford, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Newport, Wolverhampton, Oswustry, Whitchurch. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Please see the category list on the left-hand side of our website. All equipment price vary and are clearly displayed on our website. This is due to the different purchase costs and varying degrees of wear and tear that is likely to occur.
We charge delivery fees to some areas out of our main operating base in Telford. This can also be found on our delivery section and all areas we cover are listed
WHAT DO THE PRICES INCLUDE?
You will receive everything needed to operate the inflatable/equipment which will be set up and installed by us at no extra charge. This includes a blower, extension cable, set up, inflation and collection. No Hidden Extras.
WHEN ARE YOUR BOUNCY CASTLES, SOFT PLAY, HOT TUBS & INFLATABLE GAMES AVAILABLE?
We operate 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
6. HOW LONG DO I GET THE EQUIPMENT FOR?
As long as you need it for, Most items don't have a limited time slot so can be booked anything from 7am to 7pm within the stated price. If you are hiring the inflatable in a venue or community centre please inform us with the time you gain access and the time your part starts, this is to ensure as little disruption as possible on the day. Overnight hire and late collections can be arranged under our flexible terms which is why we have become the most reliable and popular company to supply bouncy castle hire, Soft play hire, Hot tub hire, inflatable events hire, inflatable games hire around Telford, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Newport, Wolverhampton, Oswustry, Whitchurch and all surrounding areas.
Please bear in mind that all deliveries and collections are advised to be as flexible as possible to cater for any external influences that are out of our control such as traffic that could affect your booking. We strongly suggest a window of 2hrs to ensure everything runs as smooth as possible.
DO YOU HIRE OVERNIGHT OR OFFER LATE NIGHT HIRE?
Yes, overnight hire is fine, simply click yes when completing the booking form online or mention it to us when ordering over the phone. Please feel free to Contact us using the contact us tab at the top of the page.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
No deposit is required for any of our items ensuring that we are the most trusted company to supply bouncy castle hire, Soft play hire, Hot tub hire, inflatable events hire, inflatable games hire in Telford, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Newport, Wolverhampton, Oswustry, Whitchurch and all surrounding areas
HOW DO I PAY?
Please note payment is required either on or before delivery. We are unable to take payments on collection.
Payment methods are as follows:
- Cash payment on delivery (preferred!)
- Bank transfer providing this is received before delivery
- Card payment on delivery, our delivery staff carry card terminals
- Klarna & Clearpay split payment options, this can be selected when booking, or call us to arrange this
Cards: We do not accept credit or debit cards over the phone via a terminal.
Invoice & Purchase orders: We are aware that some local authorities are bound by strict invoicing/ purchase order systems so please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will be able to help.
WHAT IF IT RAINS OR IS WINDY?
At AJS BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE we have a rain policy in that if your brave enough to have it then were brave enough to deliver it as who are we to cancel your party!! However, it is advised that castles are switched off in adverse & wet conditions due to safety reasons as described in our health & safety section located at the top of this page.
Most of our inflatables are fitted with a rain cover, however, this cannot guarantee 100% rain protection due to the nature of the inflatables. when an inflatable bounces around the roof is bound to move around and rain will leak in slightly.
Also it is a brief rain/ shower cover and not designed to be in use in torrential downpours. Please bear this in mind when selecting an inflatable.
Please bear in mind that all our items are weather sensitive. Inflatables being more sensitive than most. Our policy is that we will turn up regardless of the weather conditions and install the equipment as agreed, However safety is paramount and although items may be installed they may not be suitable for use during some conditions such as wind, rain and other potentially dangerous factors. We will not compromise on safety and our decision is final, regardless of the loss of revenue or expense on your part. Please see Terms and conditions for further details.
- We are unable to deliver Softplay items OUTSIDE when raining. This is due to the Softplay being made from foam, and it will absorb the water and be vary difficult to dry
Please remember that inflatables shall not be used in wind conditions above 24mph and in wet conditions. The hirer will remain responsible for suitable action to be taken to avoid injury unless our staff has been provided to assist at an additional cost.
CAN THE BOUNCY CASTLE BE SET UP ON A SLOPE?
It is advised that bouncy castles should be set up on as even ground as possible, However slight slopes may be possible subject to us an adequate description of the site beforehand, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking. We generally ask for a photo to be sent
12. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP/INFLATE/DEFLATE/PACK UP THE INFLATABLE?
The average bouncy castles take approx. 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which inflatable or inflatables you hire. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE COVER?
Yes, We carry 10 million pounds public liability & 5 million pound product liability insurance, However every organization will require a different level of cover so please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss any other requirements. We carry out site recces and risk assessments prior to all larger scale events such as school events, community days and anything that requires generators and event staff
CAN I EXPECT YOU TO ARRIVE ON TIME?
For private hire and garden/home delivery's - Delivery times are approximate between 7am - 11am / collections start from 1800 onwards unless a pacific collection time has been arranged. Indoor parties we will meet your venue access times
Our team of van drivers is assigned a schedule at the beginning of each day with your requested delivery time. Every driver has ample time to make all of their deliveries in a day. As always, there may be unforeseen circumstances or delays, but time is usually left between deliveries, to account for these incidents and we have spare staff in our warehouse of the day of your hire with a mobile vehicle specifically designed to rectify incidents so don’t panic.
When booking our services you will notice that our standard delivery and collection terms state; Delivery can be expected anytime from 7am in the morning right up until your party start time and collections are to be expected anytime from 6pm. However we do appreciate that different events require a different level of diversity and as such you can book specific time slots if required. WILL YOU SEND ME A CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING?
All bookings made with AJS BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE will be entered into our hi-tech booking system which allows us to confirm any booking in an instant. This process allows you check the details of your booking and ensure everything is correct. This is done strictly on email.
OBSTRUCTIONS.
Please make sure all dog do, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the equipment is to be sited. At busy times we are unable to wait for the area to be cleared as we will have other deliveries. Therefore, so not to disappoint other customers, we may have to return at the end of the deliveries to set up your equipment
CAN YOU DELIVER WITH NO SIDE ENTRANCE AND TAKE CASTLE THROUGH THE HOUSE?
Most of our items can fit through standard doors so this shouldn't be a problem, However, some of our inflatables are huge and will require a adequate entrance so please advise us of your access type at the time of booking to avoid disappointment on the day.
Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect and we use large sack trucks to move them. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed. sometimes on your carpet so please bare this in mind as we cannot be responsible for any damages should they occur due to the castle being wet or general damage from the castle being taken through your house, always check with us on booking that the inflatable you have chosen will fit through a doorway. Accidents do happen and we can not be held responsible for this when we are expected to take outdoor equipment through someones home.
DO YOU SUPPLY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS?
We provide detailed safety instructions in our safety section of the website. We also supply sample risk assessments and method statements for you to use as you see fit, along with many other safety documentation.
ARE YOUR CASTLES SAFETY TESTED?
Yes, All our inflatables are tested annually by a competent person as required by law. The Inspection body we choose are PIPA, ADIPS, RPII. All safety certificates are available on request
ARE FACEPAINTS ALLOWED?
Face paints are banned unless you can guarantee the brand is Snazaroo. All other brands react with the PVC & cause severe staining and PVC burns.
DRESS CODE.
Yes all members of staff at AJS BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE will be in full uniform at all times, and will arrive to deliver your equipment in one of our sign written delivery vans!
DO YOU PROVIDE STAFFING/ SUPERVISION?
Yes we are able to provide staff. Our staff can be there to supervise equipment supplied by ourselves. please note our staff cannot be responsible for more than 1 task at a time
Please bare in mind staffing does come with its own inherent reliability issues. When booking STAFF please ensure our staff is a luxury and not a necessity & NOT the only staff on the day. Our staff are merely an extra to facilitate your own staff

If your post code isn’t listed please contact us and we will see if you can come to your area. Please note this could be difficult in peak season. However, we occasionally deliver out of area bookings a day early and collect a day later so we can still cater for our local/ listed delivery areas
