Domestic & Private Hire Customers

For our domestic and private hire customers, the price you see is the price you pay.

VAT is already accounted for within our advertised domestic hire prices, meaning there is no additional 20% VAT charge added on top of the displayed price.

Businesses, Schools, Councils & Organisations

For businesses, schools, councils, registered charities and other organisations, our hire price will be subject to VAT at the current applicable rate, and a full UK Sterling VAT invoice will be provided.

If your organisation is VAT registered and the VAT is recoverable under the normal VAT rules, you may be able to reclaim the VAT charged on your hire.
